Please be advised that there will be scheduled downtime for system maintenance on the Pin Payments platform. During this downtime, the Pin Payments API, test API, dashboard, subscriptions, and webhooks will be unresponsive. You’ll see an error message of Service unavailable if you try to process transactions during the maintenance window.
We apologise for any inconvenience but expect this to take no more than two hours, after which transaction processing will return to normal.
