There will be scheduled downtime for some important infrastructure upgrades on the Pin Payments platform. These upgrades will help reduce the length and frequency of such downtime in the future.
During this downtime, the Pin Payments API, Test API, Dashboard, Subscriptions, and Webhooks will be unavailable. You’ll see an error message of 503 Service Unavailable if you try to process transactions during the maintenance window.
We apologise for any inconvenience but expect this to take no more than two hours, after which transaction processing will return to normal.
