An upstream service provider has scheduled a minor upgrade to their platform.
The update is scheduled to take place on December 2nd 2019, for a few minutes between 5:00am and 5:30am. Whilst we don't expect any significant exposure to Pin Payments merchants, we cannot guarantee that transactions attempted during this period will not be impacted.
